The Immigration Rules confirmed that the go-live date for the Graduate Route will be the 1st July 2021.

The UKVI also confirmed that applicants who began their studies in autumn 2020 now have until 21st June 2021 to enter the UK (updated from 6th April 2021) in order to be eligible for the Graduate Route.

Students starting courses on/after 1st January 2021 will still have to be in the UK by 27th September 2021 to be eligible.

The UKVI also announced that there will now be no restrictions on self-employment on the route, and that the route will have a visa fee of £700.
